    Really nice apartment in a location that worked well for.

    The location, spacious apartment, and modern amenities like the built-in coffee/espresso machine were awesome.

    Inside the front door is a set of electrical switches. The one that says “TV on” turns the TV on. Strange to have such a switch on the wall, but ok. The switch that says “TV off” turns off the TV AND it strangely turns off the stove top, oven and microwave in the kitchen. Until we figured this out we couldn’t use the kitchen appliances.

    Charming Retreat for Recharging

    I don't think I've ever given a "10" rating before, but my husband and I both agreed this was exemplary. It was in a peaceful residential area, but still had good infrastructure to many attractions in the Garmisch region. The space appeared roomy, and the interior decorating delightfully coordinated to reflect the titulary theme. The kitchenette had high-end appliances (the instruction manual is in a living room cabinet). I also marvelled at the craftmanship of the local builders in installing the bathroom tiles, the massive wooden ceiling, and the hidden storage drawers in the walls.

    Mostly due to the stress of arrival from afar: it would have been easier to have the owner meet us with the key (I think they lived on the main floor).

    Die geräumige Ferienwohnung war blitzsauber, sehr gut mit allen Küchengeräten und Geschirr ausgestattet. Angenehm regelbare Dusche in separater Kabine zusätzlich zum Wannenbad und einem zusätzlichen Gäste-WC. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend dekoriert incl. Eßtisch mit Eckbank, Wohnzimmer mit Sesseln und Couch und einem Fernsehen, den wir aber wegen der herrlichen Abende am geräumigen Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Alpspitze und Kreuzeck nicht benutzt haben. Die Rückgabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert.

    Das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau, Es wäre schöner gewesen, wenn der Schlüsselsafe am Objekt, statt an einer separaten Büroadresse gewesen wäre.
