Sehr schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in einer super ausgestatteten Ferienanlage inkl. Schwimm-/Freibad, Sauna, Minigolf etc. Die Active Card bietet super viele Möglichkeiten die Region zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Schnelle Hilfe bei kleinen Problemen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit

Wir waren wunschlos glücklich.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns vorab alle Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.
Der Spielplatz sollte mal grundsätzlich erneuert werden.

The appartment on the 3rd floor (1 story above ground) has an incredible view of St. Englmar and the Danube Valley (with clear weather). The furnishings are functional and comfortable. The kitchenette, while compact, was very functional for cooking skiers meals (pasta w/ sauce or fried egg breakfast). The renter even provides an assortment of spices which was refreshing from a vacation appartment. While the entire building complex shows its age (built in the early 70's as the architecture and building materials mirror 1:1 the Munich Olympic Press Village {an extension on the Munich Olympic Village}), it is well maintained and interiors have been renovated recently. Parking can be a challenge with heavy snowfall as parkers tended to occupy multiple space instead of parking more closely to other vehicles greatly reducing available spots.

Additionally, many of the local businesses required payment for food and services in cash claiming payment card readers worked inconsistantly. The guest card recieved from the St. Englmar city government with payment of the tourist tax only provided a discount price at the immediate ski area, Predigtstuhl and not at the neighboring Pröller Arena. Not a deal breaker but good to know when purchasing tickets.
