    Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen

    Wir haben kurzfristig das Apartment Kraftquelle gebucht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Empfang sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders schön war der Wellnessbereich, der für uns abends geöffnet wurde.

    الفندق من ناحية النظافة والمرافق جيد جدًا، لكن أسلوب التعامل في هذه المواقف أثر بشكل واضح على تجربتي. أتمنى من الإدارة إ

    تقييم الفندق الفندق جميل ونظيف، والشقة كانت مريحة، كما أن الطاقم متعاون ومحترم بشكل عام.

    للأسف، تجربتي شابها استياء كبير من طريقة التعامل مع بعض الأمور. قمت بالتبخير لفترة قصيرة جدًا في الخارج، دون التسبب بأي ضرر أو إطلاق إنذار الحريق، ومع ذلك تم التعامل مع الأمر بطريقة جعلتني أشعر بعدم الارتياح استغرب من السماح بالتدخين والانزعاج من التبخير رغم تطابق الامرين 😅. كذلك، قمت بحجز شقة تحتوي على مطبخ، وبمجرد أن استخدمت المطبخ للطبخ تم تنبيهي بهذا الأمر، وهو أمر أراه مستغربًا طالما أنني حجزت شقة مجهزة بمطبخ. والأكثر إزعاجًا هو وضع ورقة باللغة العربية تتضمن شروطًا وغرامات بأسلوب شعرت أنه أقرب إلى التهديد منه إلى التوضيح أو الترحيب بالضيف. برأيي، الضيف الذي يدفع مقابل إقامته يستحق أن يتم توضيح القوانين له بأسلوب محترم ولبق، وليس بطريقة تشعره بأنه موضع اتهام أو تهديد بالغرامات.

    Schönes, großes und modernes Zimmer. Sowohl Schlaf- als auch Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Großer Kleiderschrank und viel Stauraum. Traumhafter Blick auf die Berge!

    Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Im Sommer wird es in den Zimmern leider sehr warm. Tagsüber hat es, aufgrund der umliegenden Feldern quasi 24/7 nach Gülle gerochen. Die hohen Temperaturen im Sommer haben das leider verstärkt.
