    Quiet and convenient accommodation that suits self-starters who are there for the great outdoors.

    The facilities were great, especially as we were able to access the gym at the nearby sister Hilton Hotel. The staff help you with everything and they insisted on cleaning the room completely with full linen services every second day. Most spoke English reasonably well. The location is great, nestled up against a mountain with most rooms have views of that or Mt Yotei. Niseko Town and Kutchan (bigger) are only a short drive away and have everything that you need for apartment style holiday accommodation.

    The hotel's restaurant was only open for breakfast as it was late summer. No problem really, as we were easily able to self cater within the apartment itself.

    מלון מושלם. מומלץ מאוד

    מלון מושלם! חדרים גדולים, מעוצבים ויפים, נוחים. יש בחדר כל מה שצריך, ויותר. השירות במלון נהדר. האונסן נחמד מאוד. אחד המלונות הכי טובים שהיינו בהם בהוקאידו, אם לא הטוב שבהם. ממש מומלץ.

    אהבנו הכל. מלון מושלם.

    Extremely disappointed and cost me over $1000 AUD on more hotels

    Onsen and staff

    We were not told that there were no restaurant facilities and as we were 7.5k from Hirafu this was unexceptable . As a result we spent Sat 29th at Hirafu and checked out a day early 31/8

    Excellent stay

    Very spacious and new. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Under Hilton hotel, you enjoy complimentary onsen at Hilton Niseko.
