    Clean, value stay close to Taipei Station. Happy to stay again.

    Cleanliness is very important to me and when I entered the room, it was clean especially the bathroom. I think it’s been renovated recently. I also liked the size of the room. It was spacious for 2 people to move around including space for 2 luggages without bumping into each other. I couldn’t find the right exit when we arrived on the airport train so walked a long way before reaching hotel but after asking hotel staff, it is actually very close to Taipei Main Station. Staff was friendly and accommodated my request for higher floor. 24 hour reception is handy too. I didn’t use basement lounge area but it is a good place to chill and relax with coffee machine (photo attached). Wished there’s free snacks like other hotels provide.

    Z10 is closest exit to station but it doesn’t have lift or escalator so makes it challenging with luggages. You have to make sure you know the exact exit from airport train line.
