    Unterkunft mit Sicherheitsmängeln

    Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute Lage. Aber: Sicherheitsmängel durch offenes Schlüsselfach und dauerhaft geöffnete Haupttür zur Strasse hin.

    Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in dieser Wohnung nicht sicher gefühlt, weshalb ich mir kurzfristig ein Hotel suchen musste. Spätabends machten sich mehrere Personen von Aussen minutenlang und wiederholt am Türschloss zu schaffen. Vielleicht handelte es sich dabei um eine Verwechslung - Fakt ist jedoch, dass die Haupttür zur Strasse dauernd offen stand und die Schlüsselbox im Gebäude nicht verriegelt ist. Mein Sicherheitsgefühl war nach diesem Vorfall dahin. Für den Vorfall selbst kann der Eigentümer nichts, allerdings würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Schlüsselübergabe so abläuft, dass keine Missverständnisse auftreten und alle Türen jeweils wirklich abschliessbar sind. Leider war der Eigentümer nach diesem Vorfall nicht mehr erreichbar, was ich auch sehr bedenklich finde. Die Badezimmertür wurde (vermutlich von einem eingesperrten Hund?) stark zerkratzt und müsste ersetzt werden. Der Haartrockner weist geschmolzene Plastikteile auf, auch dieser müsste sicherheitshalber ersetzt werden. Die Matratze ist durchgelegen und deshalb unbequem.

    Super! Bin zum wiederholten Male hier. Wohnung ist groß, ruhig, schön und die Lage ist top. Check In und Out super easy.
