    Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber beim Essen besteht Verbesserungsbedarf

    Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die gute Lage hat uns überzeugt.

    Das Abendessen entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Qualität der Speisen war aus unserer Sicht unzureichend. Viele Gerichte waren zu wenig gewürzt, nicht frisch genug oder wurden nur lauwarm bis kalt serviert. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass sich am Buffet teilweise bereits verdorbene Tomaten befanden und der Salat nicht gründlich gewaschen war. Auch die Butter am Frühstücksbuffet machte nicht immer einen frischen Eindruck. Was uns zusätzlich störte, war der Umgang mit konstruktiver Kritik. Auf Rückmeldungen wurde kaum eingegangen. Als ich beispielsweise darauf hinwies, dass das Mangoeis bereits Gefrierbrand hatte und geschmacklich nicht mehr einwandfrei war, erklärte mir der Kellner lediglich, dass dies eben Sorbet und kein Rahmglace sei. Auf das eigentliche Problem wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Schade, denn mit einer besseren Qualitätssicherung beim Essen und einem offeneren Umgang mit Gästefeedback könnte die Unterkunft deutlich gewinnen.
