    From Cockroaches to Elevator Chaos: A Stay Full of Unpleasant Surprises

    On the first night of our stay, we discovered cockroaches in the bathroom. We were disappointed that no apology or expression of concern was offered. A number of staff members seemed exhausted and lacked the level of attentiveness one would expect, particularly in the breakfast restaurant, which negatively impacted the overall guest experience. For a significant portion of our stay, the water temperature in the secondary indoor pool was uncomfortably low. The capacity and speed of the two main elevators were inadequate for the volume of guests, especially those carrying golf equipment. Consequently, many guests opted to use the stairs instead of relying on the elevators.

    Incredible breakfast and dinner Pool area and garden with sunbeds is spacious and very nice overall Rooms and common area are generaly nice

    Restaurant staff is a bit reluctant to speak english Forest/hill side rooms are above kitchen and technical area, which is a bit noisy even at night/morning
