    We have experienced the following problems: 1. Noise: The nightclub directly opposite the hotel has disturbed our sleep, which is a serious problem when travelling with a young child. This was not clearly communicated anywhere before booking. 2. Room downgrade: After we complained, the hotel moved us to a different room. The new room has no sea view and is on a lower floor, which is a cheaper room category than the one we paid for. 3. Facilities: The kids' club, which was an important reason for choosing this hotel, is closed for the season. 4. Service: Staff have been unfriendly each time we have raised a request.
