The facilities were very well-maintained, beyond my expectations. The staff were really helpful, wonderful service. My daughter left her bag behind and we were notified right away.
The location is up the mountain, needed to drive on a narrow road to get up there. That's it.

露天風呂を目当てに訪問しました。本当に雲の上にいるかのような眺めで、あいにくの曇りと雨でしたが、それでもこれまで行った場所の中で一番感動しました。お風呂のアメニティも充実しており、トイレ等の水回りが特に清潔で心地よく過ごすことができました。待合所のスタッフの方もとても親切で楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。パートナーとも晴れた時にまた来たいね、と話していました。
水風呂はかなり高い位置で、また水深も深かったので、階段をつけていただけると嬉しいです。 また、深夜に喫煙所で騒いている団体がいたのが残念でした。張り紙などで対策していただけると嬉しいです。

夕食は量が多く、美味しい。ケーブルカーで行く露天風呂があり、露天風呂から小諸の町を見下ろすことができ、眺めは最高です。子供連れの旅行に良いと思います。

温泉が楽しい、お料理も美味しい宿。
雲の助に行く為の登山電車が楽しかった。 お料理、特に天ぷらが美味しかった。
翌日の送迎のバスが、電車の時刻表を全然気にして ないところ。
