Las vistas y la tranquilidad
La limpieza deja mucho que desear, tanto el suelo, azulejos, cocina, cojines ... y el mantenimiento es mediocre tirador de puerta balconera roto, cerradura entrada soltándose.

La ubicación perfecta y tener plaza de garaje lo más😉
Por poner un pero... Eche de menos unas mosquiteras para poder mantener abierto sin preocuparse de los mosquitos y no tener que tirar del aire . Las obras de enfrente uff todos los días a las 7 en pie jajaja si hubiesen avisado me llevo tapones🤣

Lovely small apartment
Location was great for us, though some people may have felt it was a bit of a walk into town and the main beach during the heat of the day.
Main issue for us was that the building was being painted and so we didn't have use of the balcony for a couple of days. Not much anyone could do as it was part of general maintenance, just a bit of a pain being woken at 8am with a knock from a painter on our balcony whilst we were in bed. Every day the painting started at 8am with the constant nose of platforms being moved and constantly beeping.

Desilusión
La puerta de la terraza estuvo rota y no pudimos aprovecharla. La solución q nos daban era q venían el Último día a las 9,00 de la mañana. Había obras enfrente y empezaban a las 7,30 de la mañana. No nos avisaron q están construyendo en frente.
