If all you want is a bed and good location and good with your phone check in this is the place.
The location was great. Cafe and dinning across the street. It had two rooms, two baths, a kitchen and an elevator.
Difficult to get into when you book it last min and have no wifi to fill out the forms before you can enter. Not much help when calling she was upset we were late and she went to work. Like we had a choice when we were arriving! Turns off her phone at 9pm so hopefully you have no issues later than that. We had one small bath towel and hand towel each and nothing for the shower floor or kitchen use. Only one blanket and we had two rooms and light bulbs were so low you could not read from them. It was our first experience checking in totally online so that could have been part of the issue. But not having Wifi standing outside the building after a 18 hour trip and having to find a location with WIFI to see a video to get in was over the top for us.

Upon arrival to this apartment, the instructions left were fantastic, very clear and easy access. We entered and the floor felt like it was on a slant which was quite unsettling. The shower door in the ensuite was broken and the lights were automatic in the hall which was disruptive if people were awake earlier in the night or morning. Both shower doors were also very dirty. There is no communal living area in this apartment and there is very limited natural light. It feels dark and gloomy. The kitchen wasn't cleaned properly, the coffee machine looked like it had never been cleaned before and it felt dirty. We decided to change accomodation from 5 nights to 1 and found accomodation elsewhere in Florence. We contacted the host and have time stamped photos to show upon our arrival the state of the apartment. The beds were comfortable, that's about the only positive unfortunately!

Had a great stay in a lovely apartment.
Host was amazing - very helpful and friendly. Property was clean & spacious with everything we needed. Location was perfect - in a quiet street within walking distance to all the places of interest, train station and vibrant nightlife. Property was easy to find and get access.
