  Great location, comfortable furniture, but lacking in some essentials.

  The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable and the garden setting was very nice. The apple tree had ripe apples. The was a coffee machine and coffee that were much appreciated.

  Some items were simply not there: no towels in the kitchen, the heaters do not work, there was only one set of towels (bath towels and hand towels) available. In order to have more supplies, including clean towels, there was a cost. This is the only place (and we've traveled to over 50 countries), where you had to pay to get clean towels. I asked about the heaters, and they told me that there was a small space heater and that it was warm enough outside so the heater was all that was needed. I suppose if you lived in Estonia, 67° (daytime temperature) is considered warm enough in the middle of August. Our last morning there an alarm went off. When I notified the office, they said security would come an shut it off. Afer 2 hours of waiting, we left and the alarm was still going.

  Wonderful stay in an amazing garden.

  The location and garden are amazing. The pictures don’t do justice to the place. At the foot of the Kiek in de Kök tower, with lovely apple trees bearing tasty apples. Wonderful stay!

  All was well. Only comment my be that the shower drain is a bit receded from the floor and you need to consider hoe to stand when showering.

  Toppertje!

  Het is een prachtig plekje in de Oude Stad, met uitzicht op Kiek in de Kök De straat heet Ruutli, ofwel Ridderstraat. Een echte aanrader. Aanwijzingen om er te komen, zijn heel duidelijk. Servies is ruimschoots aanwezig.

  De WiFi vloog er voortdurend uit, dat is een beetje irritant. Het was wel steeds weer snel te verhelpen, gelukkig. Dat de stofzuiger in de woonkamer stond, was niet perse sfeerverhogend. En... een vergiet en een keukenmesje zouden handig zijn. Maar dat zijn allemaal heel kleine dingen. Ik zou het zo weer boeken!!

  A lovely, characterful apartment in fantastic old-town location

  Fantastic location and very spacious, characterful apartment in what I think is a medieval building. We also appreciated the sunny, walled garden.

  The only real negative was the poor wifi. Over our 4-night stay, it often couldn't be detected at all by our devices (including not at all for the first 18 hours). We did report this to the property manager at the time. Later, when we did manage to get in, it constantly dropped out so you had to start again. In the end we gave up and had to pay to use allowances from our home contracts. It may be the signal was affected by the thick stone walls of the property. But even by the window it was very patchy. Strongly recommend an upgrade. One other small point is that the under-sheets on the double bed are a bit small - they don't tuck in properly under the mattress so you wake up to find they are halfway across the bed. Recommend getting bigger under-sheets, and ideally elasticated ones so they don't move about.
