    Unable to contact host with issue on advertised amenity (NO WIFI). Resulted in unnecessary stress.

    Location to centre of old town, elevator and washing machine with dryer.

    NO WIFI or cable television available as advertised under rental amenities. Contact with host, Tiago Soares was non existent as I tried multiple times (WhatsApp, phone, text and booking.com) to contact him regarding the Wifi. We were there for two weeks without a wifi connection. Construction daily from 8 am to 6 pm at building next door, no lighting in hallways at night made it difficult to get to apt. without using phone light or flashlight. Don't leave any dishes with food on the counter as it will mean an infestation of small red ants. Most frustrating was the fact that he did not respond to my issues but was able to send us a message on final day to advise us what to do when we left. This incident resulted in one of the most stressful vacations I have had when booking a rental through Booking.com. When you are in a foreign country and have no contact with host it is stressful.

    Gute Lage, funktionale Wohnung. Auf die Ausstattung und auch auf den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter kann man sich nicht verla

    Die Unterkunft liegt nahe der Altstadt und vieles lässt sich in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen. Die Wohnung ist in einem renovierten Zustand und hat einen Aufzug.

    Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist extrem schlecht bzw. nicht vorhanden. Mehrere Ausstattungsmerkmale (WLAN, Geschirrspüler, etc.) sind nicht vorhanden oder defekt. Alltägliche Dinge wie Spülmittel, Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier haben wir selbst besorgt. Auf Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert und auch der Booking.com Kundenservice erhält keine Antwort. Direkt nebenan ist eine Baustelle, die werktags zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten zwischen 08:00-18:00Uhr lautstark arbeitet, sodass Ausschlafen und entspanntes Sitzen auf dem Balkon nicht möglich ist. Ameisen in der Wohnung sind keine Seltenheit.

    Muy buena ubicación

    La ubicación es perfecta. Además el piso está reformado y muy bien equipado, perfecto para 4 personas. Nosotros éramos dos y nos salió caro

    En el baño había pelos en el suelo. La comunicación con Tiago no fue fácil, manda el enlace de Maps con la ubicación pero no es exactamente, estuvimos insistiendo en que nos mandará la ubicación exacta y nada, estuvimos un rato para encontrar la casa y porque le mandamos un vídeo de donde estábamos situados. Para la salida nos dijo que tiráramos la basura y le pregunté dónde pero nunca me respondió. Por otro lado, dejamos un poco de pan en la encimera de la cocina y se llenó todo de hormigas
