The property is ok for 1-2 nights stay, everything is clean and it is in a city center.
The view from the balcony was disappointing for me, there is a wall in 3-4 meters and you can see completely nothing from the balcony.

This is great apartment for a short stay in the center of Kutaisi. Stayed there for one night. It is not a resort :) but did the job perfectly for what I needed.
