Unsuccessful. Uncomfortable but the host did give effort.

Pretty apartment, good location, responsive agent.

A/C didn’t work, Mid summer, contacted agent immediately. Stayed one night uncomfortably, repairman/ hvac couldn’t fix issues. Had to book another air bnb. Host/agent said they would refund the reservation but no refund has been issued.
