    The key handover was very smooth. We received a clear and helpful video explaining how to collect the key from the key lockbox. Due to personal reasons, we had to leave the apartment two days earlier than planned. The owner kindly refunded us for the unused nights, even though we had not asked for any reimbursement. We really appreciated this gesture and found his conduct very professional and considerate.

    I had a very comfortable stay at this property. It felt very homey and very convenient overall. I will be staying here a

    I absolutely loved my stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, safe, great wifi, and had everything I could have possibly needed at any moment. For example; pots and pans, extra paper towels, extra coffee pods, extra towels, an umbrella, basic cooking supplies and I really needed tape at one point when I had an issue with my suitcase, and it was easy to find in a tool drawer. The location is also great and very convenient, only a 15min walk to Jardim da Estrela, 5min walk to supermarkets, restaurants and a 20min walk to the city centre. The apartment was beautifully lit and had a pretty window watching over a garden with chicken. Lionel the host was amazing. He was super helpful and easy to contact at any time with a fast reply. He explained via video how to located the keys and where everything was in the apartment. He even checked in with me to see if I was comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend this place. I know I will be staying here again, next time I visit.

    I have no complaints.
