Wir verbrachten 5 sehr schöne Tage am Iseo-See. Der Ort Predore ist klein und ruhig: ein gut gelegener Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Lage des Appartments ist wunderbar: ruhig, keine 15m vom See entfernt (mit Einstiegsstelle) und nur 150m vom Haltepunkt der Fähre entfernt, Supermarkt und Dorfzentrum. Die Ausstattung (Zimmer, Bad, Küchezeile) ist sehr gut. (Nur die Bedienung der Klimaanlage ist ein wenig speziell, aber funktioniert gut und zuverlässig.) Das Appartment hat einen sehr schönen Balkon mit Blick auf See und wunderbar gelegenem Restaurant gegenüber (wir fanden es sehr unterhaltsam). Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit: Man kann bei ihm E-Bikes mieten, mit ihm eine Bootstour unternehmen. Er bietet nach Ankunft auch einen Orientierungsrundgang im der kleinen Altstadt ringsum an. (Wir waren leider nach der Anreise zu müde). Er stammt aus Bergamo und kann sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Besuch der Stadt geben! Die 5 Tage in der Kombination: See und La Renée waren für uns optimal.

Walter, der Vermieter ist herz allerliebst. Die Lage ist traumhaft, total zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber.
Die Wohnung ist leider sehr dunkel,die Fenster sind sehr weit oben also nichts mit Ausblick, die Wohnung hat eher einen "Keller-Wohnung-Charme" wem das nichts ausmacht ist wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Ich möchte im Urlaub was anderes, es gibt keinen privaten aussen Sitzplatz, nur einen öffentlichen Platz direkt am See der meistens sehr gut besucht ist, keine Privatsphäre. Mir ist das leider erst nach der Buchung aufgefallen u ich fragte ob ich kulanterweise stornieren könne, das wurde leider abgelehnt. Nebenan ist ein Restaurant, was den nächtlichen Lärm erklärt.. Die Roller brausen direkt an der Tür vorbei . Wir sind nach 2 Tagen in ein Hotel, da man kaum ein Auge zu bekommen hat.
