    Great location but they have a drainage problem

    Great location, very close to the town, and the house itself was clean

    The only downsides were a very unpleasant drain smell throughout all of the rooms and bathrooms - and the beds and pillows were quite hard and unfortunately not very comfortable. Apart from these two points, we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend looking into the drainage smell and perhaps improving the beds with softer pillows and mattresses or even mattress toppers? as these small changes would make the stay much more comfortable.

    Great property in fantastic location 👍

    It was our second stay at this property, great location in York with several good restaurants nearby. The house has great modern bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen etc.

    The garden/yard could do with a little love
