I love the place. I really genuinely love the place. I would like to purchase one of these condos and make it mine, although there are a lot of I’m a very spiritual person and there’s a lot of negative spirits in that place from like the alcohol and the whiskey, and I was able to see them. I’m very clairvoyant
I like the property as a whole. It’s safe, it’s secure. It makes me think of like my attorney. I don’t know. I just, I like it. I wanna make it my own, obviously. like I wanna have it and make it my own. I wanna like create my own condo inside of it. I feel like I could live in it if I had it done right, you know what I mean? Instead of whiskey row, I would fill it full like spiritual pieces from Hindu and Buddha and like the Dalai Lama and Jesus Christ, of course, with my crucifix and that I think would add a fish tank in there. I’d get some like fish, definitely a dog, definitely some indoor plants and stuff like that. I don’t know, Michael samples had a different more vibe with more windows too, so I have no clue, but I definitely, if I have the opportunity to stay there again, regardless of the circumstances, I would likely stay there again. You know what I mean? It’s not I wake up in the morning and I’m fine

Great time.
The location of this property is perfect for exploring the city. Distillers within easy walking distance. Free parking was an added benefit. The rooftop terrace has awesome fees and a great place to unwind at the end of the day with friends and family. The hosts are super responsive and provide amenities like coffee and tea. One of my best experiences renting an apartment or house. You cannot go wrong renting this unit.

Perfection in Louisville
The location is perfect. It is an easy walk to nearly everything we needed and wanted to do or see in Louisville. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. This was easily the best vacation rental experience that we've ever experienced!
