Second rooms is still in renovation, so dust is issue, overall at this price it is quite nice stay

This place isn't worth 50 bucks a nite!
No breakfast was provided and the location was pathetic.
The rundown neighborhood. The place was filthy. There were no comfortable sitting chairs or chairs as depicted in the photos, two small stools at the kitchen table, the listing states a two-story row house which is all mine, in actuality I had a bedroom, kitchen and bath, which were all filthy. If you are remodeling the place, close it and don't open it until it is completed, VERY BAD for business. All food items were beyond their experation dates, when we had a thunderstorm the rainwater leaked into the kitchen at the window air conditioner, puddling on the kitchen floor. ONE positive note is that the bed was comfortable! It looks like I am running out of room, but I have many other bad comments.
