    The location was quiet, the apartment spacious and clean despite some visible wear.

    I stayed here from the 8th to the 10th of October, at a time when the city does not yet turn on the central heating system. The temperatures dropped to about 14 degrees during the day and about 8-9 at night. If the provided electric heater had worked, that would not have been an issue. It didn't. I contacted the staff, asking them to do something about it. Their first response? "It should be working, it seemingly did in spring". My God, I had just told them it didn't. Once again, I asked them for help. Silence. I wrote a second time, telling them it was too cold not to have any heating (It was raining hard). In the end, I was told that they would TRY to contact the right person to deal with the problem, but other than that, there was NOTHING they could do. And that's exactly what they did. Nothing. I ended up going to Tesco to buy a small heater myself. That's how I was treated as a customer. And the extra amount I paid from my own pocket for that purchase? That's the point deduction I have included in my rating. 7/10, only because I don't want to overreact by claiming everything was bad. But when you can't even open the windows to get some fresh air because you can't warm the place up afterwards, that's unacceptable.
