Walkable to everything, and very clean, charming pet friendly unit!
This was my second stay in the nantucket with my 2 small dogs. The unit is walkable to DT Mt Dora, very clean and has very comfortable bed. I love the "old Florida" feel of this unit! It's funky and charming. I love that it has a back door and deck to let the dogs out away from other people. I also love that there is no carpet. The sink in the kitchen is wonderful. And the central AC worked very well. I love this place!
The bathroom is tight but it also part of the charm.

Nice Garden Cottage in Mt Dora
Perfect location with an easy walk or drive into the heart of downtown Mt Dora. The Garden cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We especially loved the screened in porch, from where we watched a well needed afternoon storm. Communications with the owner were great, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise. We will be happy to stay here again, when we return to the area.

A perfect place to stay in Mt. Dora and super close to downtown!
What an excellent host. Our host was so responsive to our questions. The whole property is very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet! The cottage was spacious (bigger then expected) and so adorable. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We certainly appreciated that there were already 4 trays of ice cubes made in the freezer! It was over 100 degrees when we were there and drinks were needed! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the water pressure in the shower was a dream. But one thing that stood out about our host was her willingness to help. We were looking for a grocery store and our map app kept taking us 20 minutes away. We knew there had to be one closer. I texted our host and she immediately sent me a screen shot of close by grocery stores with descriptions and addresses. That was so over the top helpful. We would certainly stay again!
