Nice property not too far from downtown.
Property was exactly like the photos. Lovely big bathroom. Toiletries, towels, ttowels, soap, shampoo, washing tablets, dishwasher tablets, deoderant all there if needed. Street it was on was pretty quiet, not far to grab street car 505 or 506 (red line), fresh supermarket only a few minutes walk. When we had issues the hosts resolved them quickly. We didn’t find getting an uber for a family of 4 easier and cheaper than using the street cars $3.30 per person for up to 90 minutes of travel I think it was.
As others have said there is a homeless shelter a block or 2 away next to a dollarama shop, to be fair there are homeless shelters all over the city and generally they keep themselves to themselves. The person upstairs had their tv on very loud for the first couple of nights at between 0200 & 0400. On mentioning it to the host when they fixed a broken door they contacted the person upstairs and we didn’t have the noise from the tv issue again.

Nice fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom! Very clean, easy communication
One bathroom, bed in the main floor was super uncomfortable, mattress is dead.

Fantastico soggiorno a Toronto
Casa arredata con molto gusto. Accessoriata di tutti i confort sia x bagno che per pulizia. TV giganti in tutte le stanze. Altoparlante Bose Bluetooth. Assolutamente al di sopra delle aspettative. Location comoda a pochi minuti di tram dal centro
