Mit der FeWo sehr zufrieden, aber getrennte Online-Bezahlung der Kurtaxe war erhebliches Problem
Die FeWo ist ruhig und sauber, in Küche und Bad ist alles Notwendige da, der Check In in das GEbäude war unkompliziert. Die FeWo ist vom Bahnhof aus mit dem öffentlichen Bus Nr. 20 schnell erreichbar (5 Stationen)
Uns bereitete die Bezahlung der Übernachtungssteuer für Luzern erhebliche Probleme, da diese Steuer getrennt vom Kaufpreis zu entrichten war. Den Online-Link zur Bezahlung fanden wir nicht. Der Check In vor Ort war aber nur möglich bei voriger Bezahlung der Übernachtungssteuer. Ein Dritter half uns, das Problem zu lösen.

Poor stay somewhere else
No breakfast
Check in was a nightmare. The elevator instructions and the front door opening instructions report, and it took us forever to get into the place only because somebody helped us. The elevator fob is super far from the elevator. The beds were uncomfortable. The blinds don’t even cover all the windows. The furniture was crappy. I would never say here again.
