    muy lindo el apartamento

    Al llegar, el personal no nos explicó en ningún momento que debíamos sacar la basura ni hacer aseo, ni tampoco dejaron bolsas de repuesto. El cesto de la basura del baño es extremadamente pequeño para una estancia de varios días. El día del check-out nos visitaron en el apartamento y no hicieron ningún comentario. Sin embargo, más tarde enviaron un enlace exigiendo 150 CHF alegando que debíamos pagar esa penalización por no haber sacado la basura y dejado la vajilla limpia, justificándose en un papel con "letra pequeña" dejado sobre la mesa del comedor. Exigir 150 francos por esto, sin haberlo advertido en persona y sin dar los insumos básicos, es un cobro abusivo y desproporcionado.
