Comfortable and spacious apartment in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of the city
The apartment was comfortable and cozy. There is a nice balcony facing a hill at the back of the building. There is a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There were some tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher and capsules for the coffee machine. There are 2 convenient and clean laundry centers near the building with washing machines and dryers and also a large supermarket nearby. The location is convenient for walking to the city center (towards the city center it is a descent but the way back it is an ascent and a bit challenging. Additional towels are available for an additional fee (3 euros).
The main problem we encountered was that there was not enough hot water in the shower for two people (especially when using the rain shower head) - in that case, you should set the temperature on the water heater (located in the storage room on the balcony above the washing machine) to 60-70°C (normally it's set to 40°C, which is not enough). Another thing is the cleanliness of the dishes in the kitchen cabinets - it is not clean enough (the cutlery drawer, the kettle, etc.).

Wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt.
Super Größe, vor allem das Badezimmer/die Dusche ist super. Sicher und ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Bett war gemütlich. Wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt plant, kann man die Küche sicherlich auch super nutzen!
Etwas kompliziert zu finden, wenn man nicht weiß, wo man genau hin muss. Die Hausnummer könnte besser gekennzeichnet sein / Eventuell ein Schild an der Tür.
