    Lovely location and comfortable accommodation

fantastic location, lovely comfortable and large accommodation

2 very small minor things that might help other people: a shower caddy in the small ensuite shower to hold shower gel, shampoo etc, and a note of the location of the bins.

    Little improvements

Lake view Penthouse setting Free spa access Location at Lower Mill Estate Facilities and comfort

    - Stairs: There are two flights of stairs and no lift, which could be inconvenient with luggage or for anyone with mobility issues. - Pool: The pool area could do with some maintenance work and updating. - Bin bags: There weren’t enough bin bags provided. - Living room blinds: Blinds or better window coverings are needed in the front room for privacy and light control.
