    Very good value for money. Studio had all necessary things to cook a basic meal. Central location. Building has nice communal areas and sometimes free coffee available when the machine is working.

    The one down side was the uncomfortable mattress which not a big deal if staying for a night but I stayed for 5. If mattress was replaced I'd give a higher review. Shower didn't drain well and had lower pressure.

    Ideal location walking distance from Newcastle city centre. Very clean room. Facilities good with a small kitchenette if wanting to cook something simple.

    Once booked, was asked to pay a waiver or a deposit (with a non refundable charge) from a third party company or pay a £350 cash deposit on arrival. Obviously was unhappy about these seemingly hidden costs! Upon contacting the company, I was told I didn't need to do either of those things and I could just pick the keys up from a lock box. In the end not a problem at all but was unnecessary hassle when booking a last minute stay. Bed wasn't the comfiest, but not too bad

    Okay but not great, I doubt if I ever book again.

    Its okay for a solo traveler. Location is 10 mins walk from city center

    I can’t get to the property personnel when I needed something. Their number is set to do not disturb mode I cannot contact them. The place is a students accommodation which makes it uncomfortable being surrounded by teens..if I have guests coming theres no way they can make their way up to my room I always have to go down the entrance and open the main door for them.
