Una estancia perfecta en una de las mejores costas de España.
Una estancia perfecta en un apartamento muy amplio, muy bien equipado, con terraza grande, acceso directo a la piscina, plaza de garaje y a unos minutos de la playa. Además, cerca de un supermecado grande, en una zona muy tranquila. Se puede ir caminando hasta el centro de Denia.

Heerlijk verblijf, leuke stad, prachtige accommodatie met alle comfort. Goede en vriendelijke host
De ruimte, het zwembad en de rust in het complex.
Het lag niet heel centraal, om bij het centrum of strand te komen moest je min. 20 minuten lopen. Maar daar wen je ook weer aan…..

Top Apartment, Top Poolanlage, Top Vermieter, idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Orte rundum zu erkunden
Wir haben uns in dem Apartment, in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage der Wohnung mit direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich ideal mit Kinder. Ausstattung der Wohnung auch mehr als durchschnittlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 1A! Immer sehr schnell und hat super hilfreiche Tipps für uns gehabt. Vermieter hat uns sogar einen Tisch in einem Lokal reserviert, damit wir dort Fußball schaun können. In der Nähe fußläufig ALDI und Rossmann, aber auch andere Supermärkte. Auch in die Altstadt bzw. zum Hafenviertel sind es zu Fuß ca. 15min. Wir haben Denia als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Costa Blanca gewählt. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
Da fällt uns nicht viel ein. Einzig Fliegengitter wären vielleicht noch praktisch gewesen. Der Parkplatz zum Apartment ist für ein kleineres Auto in Ordnung, sollte es ein größerer VAN sein, dann ist das Ein/Ausparken vielleicht eine kleine Herausforderung.
