It was the perfect location and the owners were so kind. He allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out and always offered us tea and conversation. It was the perfect place for me to stay:)

Do it ! Stay here
The owner of the property was great and helpful and very attentive. It was in a great location and a short walk to the river and all the sights. The bed was huge,I could roll across it four times !! It had a balcony and outside was a water filter where you can top up your bottles. Breakfast was great and we paid £35 for two nights. We have stayed in more “luxurious” places in this trip but I could not recommend this enough for the decent room, great location and breakfast and excellent staff. Stay here if you have the chance

Great place with good value
The host was super welcoming and helpful, even packed me a take away breakfast as I left too early to enjoy the included one. The location is a bit hidden and away from the main area but nothing too far or inconvenient. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Would recommend! Cash is preferred but thy also accept card payments

Muy bonito y bien ubicado, a escasos metros del centro de Hoi an. Habitaciones amplias con terraza y aire acondicionado. El personal, Lami y compañía son geniales. Muy buen desayuno incluido en el precio De 10.
