when we arrived at hotel, gate was closed, tried calling and no one answered the phone. after waiting 1-1/2 hr left to find somewhere else to stay and that took another hour. They will not refund money paid for my stay. Called Expedia that night and they could not reach anyone either. Since they will not cancel the reservation they stole my money

The free bikes constantly broke. The welcome drinks were non existent. My overpriced laundry came back dirty. The WiFi was patchy at best. The pool water was dirty. I got a huge discount on their rack rate through Expedia and still felt short changed.
