  It’s clean, but staff communication could be better

  The view from the window is really nice, you’re right next to the see. There was free water in the fridge.

  The rooftop Onsen was closed without prior notification, so we didn’t get to enjoy it at all. Other facilities include tiny indoor onsen and private onsen on the second floor, where you cannot really open the window see the sea because outsider can see you as well. The front desk seems to have a lot of foreign staff. As a foreigner myself I don’t have any particular issue with that, but they could barely speak both English and Japanese which made the situation even more confusing. They were not able to answer our questions and couldn’t suggest any alternatives. When we arrived at 6 pm, they just said we cannot have dinner and the restaurant and cannot reserve breakfast either, only dinner for the next day. Not even a word about their cup noodle vending machines and microwaves to figure out light dinner.

  Would not recommend

  Great ocean view.

  We didn’t book for breakfast and dinner. Was told it was three days ahead. We weren’t disclosed this info prior. Two main onsens shut. Very dirty. A cockroach visited us at night. Plenty of dust. Run down.

  部屋からの眺め、お料理、スタッフの方の対応、お風呂、どれも満足でした！！ 子供用の食事が大人と同じというのは変えた方がいいと思います。 辛いものがあると、食べられませんよ。 特に朝食が顕著でしたね。 でも、それを含めても素敵な宿でした！

  特にないですね。 そりゃ、一流の宿と比べてたら劣るところもあるでしょうが、私は十分満足しましたよ。
