    Location, privacy, cleanliness

    Management company Osol Have Sun Sl chose to communicate via WhatsApp, rather than via the Booking.com site. As soon as I reported a collapsing garden chair, injury from which a relative is being assessed, they stopped communicating. I asked them for details of their insurance policy a week ago. They have failed to respond. Instead (via booking.com) they informed me (in Spanish) that due to this incident my damage deposit would be delayed being refunded?? Despite my repeated messages to them, they do not engage. I have also had to report this situation to booking.com by telephone to London on two occasions. (Spanish phone number cuts off). Eight days after vacating the property, I still await return of my €500 damage deposit. The poor service from Osol has made an otherwise happy holiday for my family prompt this negative review. I certainly will not book using either Booking.com or rent property managed by Osol again.

    Viihtyisä ja mukava villa. Keittiön varusrelu hyvä, pystyi tekemään myöa ruokaa. Jokaisessa huoneessa ilmalämpöpumppu lisäsi mukavuutta. Uima-allas todella iso. Autot sai hyvin parkkeerattua kadulle.

    Ilman autoa ei pärjää, sijainti syrjäinen. Pihakalusteet kaipaavat hieman uudistusta. Peittoja tai vilttejä ei löytynyt asunnosta
