  Tolles Apartment mit Küche und Waschmaschine Super Lage , gute Kommunikation mit den Betreibern,alles Bestens

  Schlüssel muss man in der Altstadt in der Fußgängerzone abholen und nach auschecken wieder dorthinbringen. Dh. Von der Unterkunft das Gepäck ins Auto tragen dann in der Altstadt den Schlüssel deponieren. Dann erst losfahren

  Otimo custo benefício

  O lugar tem tudo o que você precisa, mini cozinha, banheiro amplo, localização excelente, ar condicionado É seguro para mulheres viajando sozinha. Ótimo custo benefício.

  Apenas para saber que essa hospedagem você precisa pegar e deixar as chaves em outro lugar a 10 min do local e te cobram um bloqueio de 100 euros que depois do check out é devolvido. Mas nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem, o apartamento é otimo!

  A complete disaster

  The appartment is modern, it has enough space and day light and it is situated in the heart of the old city.

  The appartment was dirty. Water leaking in the bathroom was collected in two buckets and they were both full with old stinky water when we arrived, so it was very stinky in the appartment. Dust and hair we found everywhere. No table cloth to dry dishes and no place to put wet dishes. We had to use our own paper napkins. I had to clean the appartment myself first to be able to put my things on shelves and to sleep in it. Tap water was not drinkable - it would be nice if we could get a bottle of drinkable water. Especially because we arruvedvin the middle of the night. But, there wasn't any. It was a shame of hospitality. After reservation I received 2 changes of reservation code - which made me suspicious. The owner was sending messages on whatsapp day by day and started 10 days before our arrival keep asking to fill up the form and to give card details for deposit money in case of damage and to sign the conract. It was quite annoying and I did it a few days before arrival. I don't think I need to do it 10 days before, really. Never been to such dirty appartment before. And I was noticed to collect the key at the other address one day prior to arrival so I had to pay the taxi more in the middle of the night to wait for me until I collect the key. The idea was to return the key to other address too, but luckily the owner decided to tell us to leave the key on the table on our leave. We were happy because we had to leave at 5.30 h in the morning. All in all - it was a disaster and shame, really.
