  Experiencia decepcionante por el trato del anfitrión Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue muy decepcionante, principalmente por el trato recibido por parte del anfitrión, Fabio, cuya manera de comunicarse nos pareció poco amable, hostigante y poco profesional. Desde antes de llegar al alojamiento, el anfitrión insistía constantemente en que debíamos pagar 50 € adicionales si llegábamos después de las 8:00 p. m. En ningún momento nos negamos a pagar ese importe y, de hecho, lo abonamos al llegar, tal como se nos había indicado. Sin embargo, la insistencia y la forma de comunicarse desde el principio hicieron que nos sintiéramos presionados. Además, el primer día, nada más llegar al apartamento, se fue la luz y nos quedamos prácticamente en penumbra. Esta situación nos generó miedo e inseguridad, especialmente porque estábamos en un lugar desconocido y veníamos de un largo viaje. A esto se sumó el problema con el impuesto turístico, de 6 € por persona. El anfitrión nos indicó que teníamos hasta el día siguiente para pagarlo. Después de un viaje agotador, nos levantamos tarde y recibimos un mensaje suyo reclamando el pago. Le respondí que estaba bien y que lo pagaríamos. Sin embargo, aproximadamente una hora después, volvió a escribirnos en un tono amenazante, indicando que no podíamos permanecer en el alojamiento si no pagábamos inmediatamente. En ningún momento nos negamos a pagar ninguna de las cantidades solicitadas; simplemente esperábamos un trato respetuoso y que se respetara el plazo que él mismo nos había indicado. Finalmente, también pagamos ese importe. Por si fuera poco, durante el check-out nos retrasamos apenas 15 minutos y el anfitrión llegó a amenazarnos con llamar a la policía. Consideramos que fue una reacción totalmente desproporcionada, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que siempre estuvimos dispuestos a cumplir con los pagos solicitados.

  Rome est magnifique, mais l’appartement en tache notre séjour

  On a aimé la proximité pour visiter et se déplacer

  Établissement très vieillissant. Nous n’avons pas eu tout l’appartement. Seulement deux salles de bain disponible et ne fonctionnant pas correctement. Nous avons été obligés de déboucher une des douches et détartrer le pommeau de douche. Dans une des salles de bain, pas d’éclairage, ampoule grillées, signaler à notre arrivée. La conciergerie nous a fait le checking et a fait intervenir un plombier pour essayer de réparer un des toilettes. Nous avons fini les deux derniers jours avec un seul toilette pour huit. Les EQUIPEMENT sont la plupart cassées ou hors service cet appartement nécessiterait, deux petites rénovations pour pouvoir exploiter plus facilement. Encore un exemple. Nous avons fait une machine à laver le linge qui fuit et qui inonde l’appartement. Une fois laver le linge on ne peut pas l’étendre car il n’y a pas d’étendoir ni de sèche-linge. Les exemples comme ça on peut vous en citer plusieurs. La cuisine est sous équipée, pas assez de couverts et de tasse. Pas de petites cuillères par exemple. Pas d’éponge, pas de torchon, rien du tout. Sur la réservation, en nous signalé 1, passage journalier, nous n’avons eu personne, personne n’a changé les serviettes etc. Nous sommes déçus de cet appartement qui lui-même est un bel appartement, mais qui a pas le niveau d’entretien pour un appartement comme ça où le propriétaire ne se donne pas la peine. Dans le salon, les portes ont été arrachées. Et plein de détails décevant. L’annonce ne correspond pas à l’appartement et nous n’avons pas eu tout l’appartement de 255 m² comme annoncé

  Very good location close to what we needed. Close to Trevi fountain and many restaurants in Rome.

  The arrival of our group was late due to flights. The staff person was continually informed/updated of time of arrival. We arrived prior to 10pm and were charged an extra 50.00 Euros in cash on arrival. The staff person was agitated while showing the property and unfortunately we did not see the state of one of the bathrooms before he left. The bathroom had sewage issues and was unusable during our stay. Property needs an update. The large wooden door into the property was extremely difficult to unlock and caused issues during the stay. The staff person was difficult to contact.

  En general estaba bien, pero no había nada para limpiar y en el baño común no funcionaba el agua caliente. En la entrada de la casa había olor a humedad. También echamos de menos algunos utensilios de cocina como cafetera

  They need to paint the walls they were dirty and the outlet in second bathroom is coming off the wall which is a safety

  The location was great we just had problems with one of the bathrooms. We were only there for 1.5 days and had a family of 7, so we needed all the bathrooms working. The first night the shower in second bathroom had no hot water. I was asked by their maintenance to run all the water in other bathrooms at same time which I did and still not hot water. Then they sent maintenance over and switched something so we had hot water. But then it caused the toilet not to flush and washing machine not to work because no water was getting to it. So whatever they did to give us hot water stopped the washing machine and toilet from working. The next day Easter Sunday I communicated in what’s app and nobody responded. Six hours late I resent a message in bookings.com app and they said they never got the what’s app message so I sent it again to them. They came late Sunday and turned the toilet and washing machine back on. They tested the water in shower and it felt warm, but then an hour later my son tried to shower and it was not hot so I just gave up! We washed laundry and right after saw water on the floor from the washing machine leaking. One other issue is the first bedroom on the right door sticks and my husband and I got locked in the bedroom. After 20 minutes my kids were able to use force to get us out. Very strange!
