Posizione eccezionale! Vicina alla stazione dei bus, treni e metro, terrazzo vista mare (anche se coperto dagli alberi) a due passi dal centro di Catania. Il letto é comodo e ci sono armadi capienti, 1 tavolino con 2 sedie e climatizzatore + stendino per il bucato con le mollette. La cucina ha tutto il necessario: piatti, posate, padelle, pentole cavatappi ed é fornita del necessario per la base della cucina (olio, sale, the, caffé). Ci sono la moka, il bollitore ed il forno oltre ai fornelli a gas per cucinare ed un frigo con il freezer. In bagno c'è il phone, una bacinella per lavare i panni a mano ed il detersivo. Tutto ciò che può servire extra é vicino alla struttura raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. La zona é trafficata H24 ma non siamo in campagna.. perciò la doppia porta del terrazzo direi che fa un ottimo lavoro! Il check-in ed il check-out sono stati fatti online quindi consiglio di preparare già i soldi contanti, per la tassa di soggiorno, da lasciare direttamente in struttura. 1 set di asciugamani a testa e 2 brioches confezionate di benvenuto (non c'è l'opzione della colazione quindi abbiamo gradito molto questo pensiero). Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e non ci sono state le pulizie giornaliere ed il cambio asciugamani/lenzuola. L'appartamento si trova al 1° piano di un palazzo con ascensore ed é spazioso, luminoso e confortevole. Se dovessi tornare a Catania riprenoterei volentieri la stessa struttura e spero di aver scritto una recensione utile per gli ospiti futuri! Un saluto! Tania

The location was great, very close to the historical center with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The only negative is that the air conditioner was not strong enough.
