La casa era grande. La piscina lo mejor. Zona muy tranquila y cerca de supermercados.
A nuestra llegada tuvimos que fregar suelos y limpiar baños. También tuvimos que fregar todo el menaje que cocina que usamos, estaban pegajosos. Las camas eran muy incómodas, deberían cambiar los colchones. El señor de la limpieza de la piscina solo vino un día, estuvo 20 min.....

Vistas impresionantes, casa grande y gran patio con piscina. Muy centrico a 5 minutos del mercado de Javea. Y muy muy tranquila.
La cama del segundo dormitorio de matrimonio está muy gastada.

Location was great, as was the view. The fact that the pool was gated was great for us with young kids and the villa had plenty of space with a great large balcony.
But unfortunately the house is old and in dire need of a lot of upgrades. We had a list of things that went wrong or broke during our stay: for the 1st 2 days the pool was completely murky (unable to see the bottom) pool cleaner arrived on day 3 and it was fixed. The broadband broke and stayed unresolved for 3 days, the dishwasher broke and stayed unresolved for a week despite me following up with the agency. When the dishwasher was eventually “fixed” we turned it on after the technician left and it tripped the trip switch and cut off the electricity in the whole house which meant we were locked outside the house by the electric gates. There was no information pack left in the house for guests. I had to reach out to the agency to try and find out the WiFi code. There are a number of different keys and different doors and gates to access the villa and we were given no prior info on which key we should use and which door(main access to the house is through the upstairs door) given we arrived at 1am on Saturday night this made it very stressful trying to gain access to the property with no information. The agency who manage the rental were also very unhelpful.
