Schönes Ferienhaus, gemütlich, Strandnah mit gemütlichem Garten. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Haus war super für unseren Urlaub. Zwei Schlafzimmer, die ausreichend groß waren, um sich hier zu erholen. Das Grundstück war zwar nah an der Straße, aber den Verkehr hat man schnell nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Der Strand war um die Ecke, nur wenige Schritte (unter fünf Minuten gemütlicher Gang) entfernt. Ansonsten konnte man es sich gut auf dem kleinen Hof gemütlich machen, auch wenn es dazu meist dank der Hitze kaum möglich war. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, so dass man sich sehr gut etwas Kochen aber auch schnell mal einen Kaffee machen konnte. WLAN war stabil und schnell. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gute Dienste verrichtet und das Haus trotz bis zu 38 bis 40 Grad gut gekühlt. In direkter Umgebung sind einige Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen, zudem Supermärkte, kleine Geschäfte und ein Bäcker sowie ein Händler am Straßenrand mit frischem Gemüse, Obst und Olivenöl. Die beiden Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zur Begrüßung geschenkte Melone war super. das Auto kann man gut auf dem Hof hinter dem Zaun abstellen.
Ein bisschen zu nah an der Straße, aber, wie schon geschrieben, man gewöhnt sich schnell daran und letztlich war es auch kaum der Rede wert.

The house is very nice, well equipped, including dishwasher and air conditioning, clean, has it's own garden with a lounge zone. The location is perfect with walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, supermarket. The hosts are very welcoming and nice, explained all need to know. Great place to stay.
The house is smaller than it looks at the pictures, especially kitchen/main room, but the planning is good, and it does not feel as inconvenience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming two-bedroom house in Sukošan. The location was ideal — central and just a short walk to the marina and town centre. The house was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed for our stay. The garden was lovely, offering several comfortable sitting areas, and the parking inside the gated driveway was a bonus. The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy Sukošan — highly recommended!
