    Very rude host.

    Bra läge.

    Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. We had agreed with the host on check-in at 11:00, but when we arrived shortly after 11 we were told to wait one hour, and then another hour. Breakfast was included and supposed to be delivered at 8:30. The first morning it arrived after 9:00. The second morning it did not arrive until around 10:05, despite us contacting the host, and this time no drinks were included. Breakfast mainly consisted of sweet pastries. There were no wine glasses or wine opener, and although we asked if a wine opener could be provided, this was not resolved. We also found the €15 cleaning fee per person quite strange, especially considering the overall service. The biggest issue, however, was the host’s attitude. When we politely raised these problems, the responses became very rude and defensive. Instead of acknowledging what had happened, the host essentially blamed us and suggested that the problems were ours rather than taking any responsibility. The apartment itself was as pictured, but the service and way we were treated left us very disappointed.
