    Disastrous, necessitating us finding alternative provision

    If true that the property had a leak that required repair, I'm sorry for the owners. But it really was not communicated in time for us to make alternative provision.

    Can't really comment on the property itself as the keysafe access codes were never sent and then the booking was cancelled two hours before we were due to check in!

    Lamentable

    Para empezar estuve una semana intentando contactar con el alojamiento para ver si podia hacer el check-in antes pero no hubo respuesta. Una vez en Londres, dos horas antes del check-in, nos cancelaron el apartamento y, pese a contactar tanto con el alojamiento como con Booking, no nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa adecuada a las necesidades de nuestro grupo, formado por dos personas mayores de 65 años, dos niñas menores de edad y dos adultos. La única alternativa que nos propusieron no reunía las condiciones necesarias para nuestro grupo. Ante la falta de una solución adecuada por parte de ambas partes, nos vimos obligados a regresar a casa, con las molestias y la decepción que esto supuso para todos. Consideramos inaceptable que, tras la cancelación de una reserva, no se nos ofreciera una alternativa realmente viable que tuviera en cuenta las necesidades de todos los viajeros.
