    Horrendous experience

    Nothing I was double booked and never got to stay there

    I didn’t like how I was offered $98 in room credits too make up for there mistake and then never getting to use them because every hotel in Brisbane had stupidly inflated prices and as I didn’t get refunded my $608 for another 7 days we stay in the hire car for our trip

    Location was perfect nice and clean was very suitable for our needs for this stay and would highly recommend this b&b had everything we needed would definitely book it again

    Only the settings for the shower it was either hot or cold could be only a washer problem on the taps otherwise great

    Was meant to check out on Wed but wanted to extend stay cause i was so happy to stay longer.

    Entire home perfect for me and my family. Situated on a quiet street not far from the shopping centre. 15-20min each way Brisbane or Gold Coast made for a good location to come back to after a long day exploring Queensland.

    Everything was amazing nothing negative to give from our check in right through to check out it was easy going.

    It was able to accommodate our sleeping arrangements of 5 adults.

    The home was dirty as the cleaners had not arrived by check-in at 2 pm. The floor was still dirty when we returned six hours later, although the beds had been remade and clean towels had been left. The toilet light was not working when we arrived. The gutters hadn't been cleaned and had plants growing out of them, thus making any water tainted. Though there was coffee and tea available, there was no milk.
