L’appartamento è situato in una zona strategica, vicino si ha: farmacia, tabacchino, metropolitana, ferrovie e soprattutto fermata degli autobus dato che Catania è molto ben collegata quindi si può evitare l’utilizzo della propria auto. L’appartamento è molto carino e ben arredato. Se dovessi tornare a Catania opterei di nuovo per questo appartamento.
Consiglio il cambio del materasso dato che è molto morbido, noi abbiamo utilizzato anche il divano letto che aveva il materasso leggermente duro e quindi ottimo per noi che abbiamo problemi con la schiena. Consiglio anche di cambiare il filo per stendere i panni dato che lascia macchie sui vestiti.

Άνετοι χώροι, ωραία διακόσμηση, μεγάλο άνετο μπάνιο, καινούργια όλα, καθαρά. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.
Λίγο μακρυά από το κέντρο, υπάρχει ομως μετρο σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια και εύκολο πάρκινγκ αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο

L'appartamento è molto pulito e accogliente dotato di tutti i comfort, curato nei dettagli anche nelle dotazioni. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole avere tutti i servizi a disposizione, ed essere in una zona tranquilla lontana dal caos del centro storico.
Manca l'ascensore ma non è un problema le scale sono comode.
