We had a great stay at Holiday House Clavis and would come back anytime happily. The house sits on a peaceful vine hill with excellent views overlooking the Prekmurje region, but it’s still just a couple of minutes outside the main village so grabbing groceries was no problem. It’s a historical building made of traditional clay and logs, and you can feel the character the moment you step inside. It has a warm, cozy atmosphere, moreover very well-equipped - it literally has everything you could ever think of! The furniture and appliances are high quality and comfortable. You can really tell the owners put this place together mindfully and with heart. Highlights: Relaxing on the external terraces and enjoying the endless views from the jacuzzi (but there's a sauna too). All the thoughtful touches inside, like a great selection of books and board games for different age groups. Our kid loved playing the games, though the jacuzzi was definitely absolute favorite! Host hospitality was at its absolute best here. Erzsi paid attention to every single detail and made us feel so welcome. She spoiled us with a nice surprise package of local goods and more, and gave us tips and tricks for exploring the surrounding area. The closest attractions to see: Bukovnica Lake, park and forests, Ocean Orchids Tropic Garden, Dobrovnik
