  A number of broken items, including toilet seat, curtain pole, and poor ventilation. Basic amenities lacking, including toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, bottle opener. Martin was not very friendly, staff turned up an hour before our check out time and entered the property unannounced on multiple occasions over the course of our 4 day stay.

  The location was convenient and relatively close to the beach. The larger apartment we had originally booked was spacious enough for our large family, with several bedrooms and plenty of space. We would also like to highlight that the lady we communicated with prior to our arrival was very kind and pleasant to deal with.

  Unfortunately, there were numerous problems with the accommodation. Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant stale smell throughout the apartment, and the overall level of cleanliness was disappointing. The shower drain was visibly slimy and dirty, there was a considerable amount of dust and dirt under the sofa, and one of the toilet cisterns was broken. Several pieces of furniture were also in poor condition. The drawer runners were broken or completely worn out, causing the drawers to collapse when opened. In the living room, part of the underside of one piece of furniture was constantly crumbling and shedding material onto the floor, so there was almost always debris underneath it. The kitchen equipment was particularly disappointing for an apartment advertised for eight guests. Several items were heavily worn or damaged: the non-stick frying pan was badly scratched, some utensils were literally falling apart, and the overall quantity and condition of the kitchen equipment were inadequate. The most concerning issue was the microwave, which made loud crackling and popping noises and appeared to have an electrical fault. We reported this immediately. Although the host’s father came to the apartment approximately three days later, the microwave was neither repaired nor replaced, so for safety reasons we did not use it again during our stay. His visit was also uncomfortable. Instead of addressing the reported microwave problem, he lowered the blinds and instructed us to use them so that we would need the air conditioning less. He also handed one of us an ashtray from the terrace that had filled with rainwater, apparently expecting us to deal with it. Communication was difficult because we did not share a common language. There was also confusion upon arrival, when we were initially offered a much smaller apartment instead of the approximately 100 m² property we had booked. We eventually received the correct apartment.
