First of all, we had a unplanned trip and found this place night before arrival. Nevertheless we were greeted by friendly owner and an extremely clean house. The house itself is spacious. Every bedroom has a spacious bathroom and the beds are big and comfortable, there are blinds on the windows and air conditioning so we slept amazing. The kitchen had all the needed utensils and appliances - we did not miss anything. Living room was also quite big, but we did not spend much time there due to nice weather. Outside there were plenty of sunbeds and sunshades to find us a good place to do nothing with every angle of the sun. The pool was bigger than expected and large enought to even swim in it, not just lay there. The location was perfect for us, because we mostly wanted to have sun and quiet and only do occasional trips to the sea and town. The town/beach are around 5-10 minutes away by car and the area itself is quiet - it seems to be a mix of locals and some other villas a bit away. While booking we did worry about two things - the road relatively close by and the fact that it is a double house. The road is far enough behind bushes that while you hear it when you listen, it is not loud nor annoying. Also, the traffic mostly stops in the evening so you can enjoy quiet evenings. The double house aspect did not bother us at all, there are no shared walls - and the layout is such that you cannot really see or hear the people on the other side. We only saw the other group few times while we both went to town. If we ever go back to that area we will try to rent it again.
