Food was terrible- so basic. Chicken tenders were just frozen chicken nuggets you’d see on the kids menu. Bath plug was stuck and broken and was filthy. Shower head also really grubby. Very expensive for a very basic hotel.

    Delayed check in

Check in was not great as the hotel did not have the booking through properly and took a while it was sorted eventually by the receptionist who was very nice
