    Not much.

    The staff never answer the phone. We asked for connecting rooms four times, and in the end didnt get them. My friend with three children had to drive to the hotel a day early to go to the reception and make sure she gets connecting rooms. Worse hotel service I have ever encountered. Room wasn’t cleaned. We were there to attend a family wedding, there was no direct connection. Between the hotel and the wedding except through the service backend! We asked someone on the reception to help us, he just ushered us to keep walking and pointed us to the service entrance! Also no elevator for customers! The wedding was amazing though, but that had zero to do with the hotel.
