    Good value for money, if you get a decent room.

    It was ideally located for the channel tunnel

    There is obviously some inconsistency between rooms. We stayed here either end of our trip to Europe. Our first night was on the 2nd floor and, honestly couldn’t be faulted. Unfortunately our 2nd night was not so good. Firstly, the mattress was somewhat tired and not that comfortable. Then, there was the road noise. The windows were distinctly decrepit and didn’t shut fully and with the hotel’s proximity to the A20 we were kept awake by road noise throughout the night. Then there was the debris under the bed which indicated that there hadn’t been much vacuum action lately.

    Excellent in every way

    Perfectly positioned for the Eurotunnel. The team were superb especially the welcome. The room was excellent as were the other facilities including the bar and desk area in the lobby.
