    Convenient location

    Overall the staff was polite and location was convenient.

    Saw roaches and gnats in my room when I got up didn't have time to go to different hotel. I was there because I was on call for emergencies at the hospital so leaving wasn't an option that late.

    Very old run down hotel

    The location was very convenient

    When we checked in, we were told that the elevator was broken so we would need to carry our bags up the stairs. No worries, it's easy as on tour room is on the second floor (really???) The next morning, we got in the elevator to go check out and got stuck in the elevator. The emergency button did not work and no one answered the emergency call. Eventually someone thought to manually pry the doors open and we were able to exit the elevator. Back down the stairs with all our luggage we went... We informed the front desk attendant that the elevator was not functioning and that we got stuck in it. He replied that it was working fine earlier (again, really???) It wasn't worth the argument and aggravation so we just checked out
